This Website Domain has been Shut Down
This domain is owned by the former CTO (Chief Technology Officer) of Ayoo. Due to confidential reasons involving the former CTO leaving the company, this domain is no longer affiliated with Ayoo or its subsidiaries.
This domain is set to expire 5 months from now, and all services tied to this domain listed below will be shut down permanently. Source code for these programs and services will remain the sole property of the former CTO and not Ayoo company itself. Any modification, redistribution or publication of the said services will result in a lawsuit under Republic Act No. 8293, or the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines. There was no binding agreement or any legal agreements pertaining to the turn over of the former CTO's source code and services to the Ayoo company. Hence, the former CTO has the rights to keep and unpublish everything.

Notice to the Public
The following posts from the CEO of Ayoo which showcases the supposed to be 'New Ayoo App' is no longer valid, as this is part of the Intellectual Property of the former CTO of Ayoo. As of June 14, 2025, the former CTO withdraws all consent to the company to use and publish the former CTO's work. There was no binding agreement or any legal agreements pertaining to the turn over of the former CTO's source code and services to the Ayoo company. Hence, the former CTO has the rights to keep and unpublish everything.
